To Provide the Best Results

We design and deliver capsule collections for top European brands located mainly in the UK and Spain.

Dedicated to sustainability at each stage of production, we mainly manufacture circular knit garments for women (95%) in addition to children’s and men’s clothing (5%).

Great attention to detail

Right after we get the client’s orders we start off with meticulous planning to provide the best results on schedule. To ensure that all products meet the quality standards, our Quality Assurance Specialist Team executes regular checks and reports throughout the production process, and all the chemical and physical tests are done at our in-house laboratories.

We create ready-to-wear collections, all made of the finest quality fabrics. Ekoten Fabrics, a Sun Tekstil subsidiary, produce some of the fabrics we use. The production facilities at Ekoten Fabrics enable us an expanded production capacity and quick delivery in about 6 weeks.

Highest export volume in the Aegean Region

Listed among the top 500 companies in Turkey, Sun Tekstil has consecutively ranked as the biggest Exporter in the Aegean Region in Turkey in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 in revenue. Although Sun Tekstil’s strength lies in circular knitwear, we have been producing woven products as well since 2018.

On average, Sun Tekstil manufactures 2,5 – 3 million pieces per month. 10% of this volume is manufactured in-house at our production units in Torbalı. The majority of production is manufactured by sub-contractors and this gives the company a flexible and dynamic structure. We are constantly monitoring the production phase closely and increasing our efficiency year on year, which is one of the keys to our success.

The advantage of working with subcontractors is the capability of quickly responding to demands for increased capacity, which results in meeting customers’ short-lead expectations without delay. Our average delivery lead time periods range between 4 to 6 weeks. Deliveries for repeat orders are as short as 2 to 3 weeks.

We manufacture 2,5 million pieces per month, on average.

Respecting nature and people

With our constant support for a stronger community, we serve our clients with the best quality garments made through innovative technologies and lead the way to sustainability in the fashion industry through respecting nature and people.

Throughout the years, we have proven that we were right in investing in human capital as well as technology. Our Process Improvement Team regularly checks all production phases to ensure we are constantly developing and progressing, able to adapt to changing circumstances. Our management system utilizes digitalization, analysis, and big data in all phases of production.

Thanks to our organizational structure, we operate on a superior supplier management system which means that client expectations in terms of service quality, lead time performance, product quality, and standards compliance are met at the highest levels based on a sustainable manufacturing management approach.

The supplier management system works around a holistic grading system and with our Circular Excellence Center, we have established a method that regularly provides training and development for our suppliers and sub-contractors.

Our Cutting Audit Teams, Quality Assurance Teams, and Code of Conduct Teams work relentlessly in the field to ensure active auditing, management, and implementations with the ultimate objective of operational excellence.

Supply Chain Management System

At Sun Tekstil, our aim is to develop a Sustainable Supply Chain Management System in order to react quickly and efficiently to the changing demands of our customers. We have set up a holistic approach to our supplier management system that is proactive, analytical, agile, and flexible in response to business needs.

We shape our supply management strategies according to our values. We believe that working with the right partners is the key to long-term success and we encourage our suppliers to align with our values.

The main pillars of our supply management system are:

01

Developing new suppliers based on customer needs and market conditions:

Strategic sourcing is the most important part of procurement management and involves analyzing, recording, and evaluating the information from new suppliers whilst also assigning suppliers on a customer basis and forming strategic partnerships.

02

Supplier Segmentation:

In order to have a performance-based supply chain for constant improvement, we have segmented our supply chain base to meet the set standards.

03

Developing the Holistic Grading System; completing middle and long-term strategies:

We set up the Holistic Grading System for our suppliers and sub-contractors and we grade their Maturity Index for Social and Technical Compliances, Technical Competence, Environmental Impact, Operational Success, Corporate Governance level, and Sustainable Performance.

In Operational Success, we monitor production excellence and quality performance with all the data we collect and analyze.

We conduct quarterly in-person performance meetings to review the areas graded for their Maturity Index and then agree on action plans to define where improvement is necessary.
